About US

Tyromer Technology Asia Ltd (TTA) is the exclusive partner of Tyromer Inc., the global leader in environmentally sustainable chemical free rubber devulcanization technology, for the Asia region. TTA also wholly owns a plant located in Windsor, Canada, with an annual production capacity of 9,000 ton of TDP. Service of TTA including sales and set up of production system, commissioning, maintenance, technical training, quality control, plant operation, product sales, new product testing and development. TTA also financially helped the implementation of production lines in Ontario Canada.

TTA adopts the principles of open innovation and communication, active strategic cooperation and collaboration, and clear planning to address the global nature of scrap tires, by bring in the tire and rubber industry our environmentally friendly, economically viable, producer responsible, and sustainable solution, to create a profitable business with social responsibility.

University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada established Tyromer Inc. to commercialize the chemical free rubber devulcanization technology invented by professor Costas Tzoganakis

Cooperate with Airboss, one of the largest rubber compounders in North America (listed in Toronto Stock Exchange) to arrange the setting up of the first chemical free devulcanization line to produce devulcanized rubber TDP in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada

Tyromer Windsor Inc. was incorporated

With the full investment of Tyromer Technological Asia Ltd., the Windsor devulcanization plant was planned and built, which consists of one TDP production line with higher capacity and a small EPDM production line in Windsor, Ontario, Canada

Eric, a former Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Secretary and Administrator and is now the Chairman of UIA Group in Canada engaging in Project Evaluation and Investment, Merge and Acquisition, and Wealth management. He is an expert at capital utilization, risk management, portfolio efficiency, investment framework and strategy developing

Crystal is a Director of UIA Capital Inc. and the CEO of Tyromer Windsor Inc. She has in-depth knowledge of Tyromer technology and practical experience to run a Tyromer production facility She is specialized in strategic planning, goal setting and modelling to achieve a long-term stable return

Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry (SUNY); discovered 5-acetyl-2,9-decanedione. Expert in organic/electro synthesis & chemical analysis; led EPDM foam R&D and Solvay fluoroelastomer development. Published 3 SCI papers; multinational R&D experience (China, U.S., Italy).

Experienced financing professional with a Chinese Market focus, started his career on the financial sales side, involved in public market and private equity financing specialized in structuring M&A strategy for cross border Investors in the Canadian marketplace, lead the Canadian operation of a sizable iron exploration project listed on the TSV.
